The Special Environmental Study of Gyaros was finalised and submitted to the Ministry of Environment and Energy. The Study contains all the conservation and development measures that were proposed as well as the zoning system that was agreed by the Consortium of Stakeholders. To this day, no other Special Environmental Study contains measures and plans that have been agreed by such a body as the Consortium of Stakeholders. The Study, will primarily be revised by the Ministry and subsequently will be open for public consultation.
