Α field expedition was conducted by MOm’s Field Team to the island of Gyaros, in order to check all monk seal pupping and resting caves and beaches on the island. From the detailed evaluation of the pictures obtained from the infrared cameras, in combination with the data collected during direct observations, MOm’s experts concluded that a total number of ten (10) seal pups were born during the reproductive period of 2014.
