Aiming to familiarise the diving community of Northern Cyclades with the underwater trails of Gyaros, the WWF Greece CYCLADES LIFE field team together with divers from Syros organised two dives at the southern part of the island on October 21st and October 22nd. The divers navigated at the specially designated underwater trails, used the maps and species ID cards and cleaned the sea bottom from ghost fishing gear that constitutes a grave threat especially for young seals.
