The fifth meeting of the Consortium of Stakeholders of Gyaros took place on the 7th of July in Syros. During the meeting, WWF Greece presented to the Consortium different Management bodies that could undertake the implementation of the measures of protection and promotion of Gyaros. All the members agreed in the following steps that should be undertaken in order for the Consortium’s proposal on the management body that will be managing the marine protected area of Gyaros to be sent to the Ministry of Environment & Energy for consideration.
